The power of We

Alabama Power’s Council on Culture and Inclusion (CCI) was initiated in 2018 to ensure the company’s fair treatment of and value for all of their employees. In order to effectively display the good work accomplished over 2019, my team at Cayenne Creative was tasked with the creation of a printed annual report.

Using the visual language created for the report, my team was also asked to design environmental signage, posters, wall installations, and other collateral branding material to be implemented at Alabama Power headquarters.

Photographer Rob Culpepper was hired to join us on a multi-day shoot capturing Alabama Power folks at work. We traveled around the state following office workers, linemen, steam plant and hydro-dam workers as they did their jobs.

I assistant-directed and edited all photography and designed the report publication, the signage, and collateral material for Alabama Power HQ.
